I. Usage of Materials
Personal Use: Purchased goods (downloads or physical items) are usable and reproducible for personal household use. Community Day or co-op tutors and parents are also welcome to use these for their community days. You may also bind and print at third-party companies such as Staples and Office Depot for personal use only.
Commercial (intent to make profit) Use: These creations are the result of hours of work, purchases of extended-use licenses for font and clipart, research, compiling files, exporting files, formatting colors, and other various graphic design activities. Do not take it upon yourself to sell these as your own or sell these even with proper credit. Any commercial use must be discussed and approved prior to the arrangement.

Use of CC Foundations and Essentials Material: The intent of my work is to point back to Classical Conversations' materials. I have had conversations with corporate to make sure I am using their intellectual property without infringement. It is not my intent to replace any official guides they produce.
II. Articles and Writing
There more than likely are misspellings and errors in some of my items because I am human. As soon as these are brought to my attention, I do try and change them immediately for future sales/distributions. You assume all responsibilities to not hold harm against me or these printed products. Thus, returns on physical products are not acceptable after the 30-day window. After all, we are only human and I don't have a personal editor at my disposal.
III. Copyrighted Materials
Just as for any artist, these designs are copyrighted. The font and clipart I have permission to use are not to be taken from the documents as well. I worked hard on these designs and it is only respectful to always give credit if posted in a public forum.
